WP 6 - Project Coordination

Objectives of WP 6 are

to provide an effective and efficient project management during the duration of the project through instruments of communication and monitoring. Risk reduction plays an important role.

Involved Project Participants

• ECL (Work Package Leader)
• INCDT COMOTI
• MUAA

The work package is subdivided into 3 tasks:

• Task 6.1: Risk Reduction and Monitoring
• Task 6.2: Communication and Reporting
• Task 6.3: Dessemination and Exploitation

WP 6 will start in project month M1 and end in month M51, providing 3 deliverables to the project.
